The foot massage was amazing! Very relaxing after a 12 hr shift. They did an amazing job with painting the nails too. Even though they were busy they were friendly and tried to get people into chairs quickly.
This is a cute salon and the staff are friendly, but I felt like my preferences weren’t taken seriously. The only thing I specifically asked was for my big toenails to be left alone—I even explained why, since cutting the sides short causes me pain. Despite that, they were trimmed exactly how I asked them not to be. Now the corners are red/sore and it’ll take weeks for the nails to grow back to a comfortable length. I understand everyone has their own technique, but honoring a client’s clear request—especially when it relates to pain or sensitivity—should be a priority.
