They respond quickly to resolve concerns and are helpful with orders, even taking payment over the phone. They take good and adorable school pictures. While their website can be confusing, the service is wonderful, with staff working together with clients to ensure a great experience. Customers are grateful for the extra steps taken.
Had a wonderful experience! My son missed pictures on the original day and retake day. Judy was so kind and accommodating. I was able to go to another school to get his picture taken. When we arrived, Dan took his picture. My three-year-old wasn’t cooperating, but Dan was very patient and we worked together to try and get a smile. Dan was so nice. Thank you Martin Photography! I was late turning in the picture request and emailed Judy on the morning of class photographs. She responded quickly and managed to get my daughter a profile picture after all. Took payment over the phone as well. She was helpful and very pleasant. I was so grateful for the extra step they took for me.
