I had a leak from the bottom of my garbage disposal. They let me know on the phone that likely meant they would need to replace the disposal. They came same day as I called and quoted and replaced quickly. Reasonably priced and good service. I would use them again.

Had our floor drain back up in our basement. Called Major Drain and they had someone here within 15 minutes. Pricing was upfront and fair. Our service guy was super friendly and professional. He came and snaked our main drain and cleaned up after himself. They didn’t try to sell us anything or up charge us based on what was there. He gave the price for two hours and explained it could be broken down by 15 minute intervals for the second hour. He was in and done in less than an hour. Thank you so much for the friendly and quick service!
