If I could leave fewer stars I would. My company booked with them on a frozen load from KS to UT. By the time I was given the load I had to deadhead 300 miles in 4.5 hours. This was somehow my fault and the broker ripped me apart before I ever got moving. He then proceeded to blame me again for not meeting his guaranteed arrival time for loading. He was very unprofessional and disrespectful on the phone. When I got to delivery for what I was told was an 1100 appointment the customer informed me that no it was in fact 1400. There goes my day completely wasted because of one person is so incompetent.

Horrible people to work with. I should say just one was Horrible. He had no idea how far the job was and did not care about how many hours you had. He also yelled and called me a liar. I will no longer work with these idiots ever again.

Beware everybody trackers dispatchers This is not Honest blocker. I'm a driver and did the perfect delivery to this company, With the lying reasons, But I wait for delivery and no communications gives it charge me the money, So sad and shame what we have such a person in attracting industry.
