As a Lifetime Fitness member for over 20 years who started in Austin, Texas, and has visited more than a dozen clubs across the country, I feel confident saying I know the standard this brand sets. Every Lifetime facility is outstanding—the equipment is always pristine, the pools are world-class, and the amenities are unmatched.
However, the Omaha, Nebraska location truly stands out, and the differentiator is unequivocally the staff.

The gym equipment and amenities are great. The main issue I have is the use of the one remaining basketball court. One court has been changed to pickle ball and the other is often being used for other events. We got our membership years ago and have utilized the courts for years until the recent renovation. It is frustrating to make the trip here with my son to play basketball to find out we can't use the basketball court at the gym we pay almost $300/month.
It's a good facility, but they care more about your money than they do in actually getting you what you need. The dude working there was really aggressive about selling me supplements...like no thank you means no thank you.
