I was offered through my work to join a leadership development program through LR and I took the opportunity to invest and grow myself. I did not realize how much of an impact my mentor Todd (Fitz) and Nikki (facilitator) would have on my personal and professional life. I have 7 more exciting months ahead of me and I am truly excited for the growth this will bring!
