Professional & Friendly! James was professional and friendly. He removed my Subaru Forster from a snow bank on a busy road in a timely manner, and then towed it to the location specified. He was kind, and even jumped the battery for me. Pricing was competitive (and even better) than other local tow services on a busy winter day. I highly recommend L&I for their winching and towing services.

Quick, efficient and friendly! My daughter broke down on the interstate on a pretty busy part. James called to let us know he was coming and what we could expect when he got there. Literally the scariest tow situation I’ve been in, but he got us taken care of quickly and safely! Will recommend and use again. Thank you James!
