These last two weeks I've felt so run down & dehydrated. Yesterday I decided it would be very beneficial to get a drip of IV fluids ( so crazy that it's a thing now), when I say I felt 1000x better before the drip was even over. It was so crazy to see! My body felt like a dried up sponge that you forgot in the back of under the sink. SOOOO DEHYDRATED! Jami came in hot with the recommendation to visit Mary with IVY Wellness Spa & HOLY SHEET 👻 Today i woke up feeling so refreshed physically & mentally. I went with the Myers cocktail knowing my body needed some serious TLC. I'm so happy I went and visited her & loved it so much I've already booked my next two appointments 😍 💗. There truely is no better feeling in the world other then when your feeling your BEST SELF. ❤️ Sometimes we spend our lives focusing on filling all of these others cups surrounding us we fail to realize our cup is literally bone dry. To be your best self, you must feel your best self 🖤 Thank you IVY Wellness Spa for taking such great care of me yesterday , the entire appointment made me feel so comfortable & relaxed, honestly just felt like I got to catch up with an old friend 😊 🌿Happy Sunday yall🌿
