We came home from vacation and a/c wasn't working. I called after hours and left a message. I got a call back quickly and the person said they would call and schedule an appointment for the next day. Call came in the morning and had an appointment made for just a few hours later. Tech Brandon showed up on time and worked hard at the repair. A blower was no good in the furnace. Brandon searched around and found one blower left in town. He drove to pick it up and came back and had it installed shortly. This company was superior from start to finish. Brandon was outstanding. Any future problem I have will be done by Interstate!
Our furnace stopped working overnight and our house was COLD. As usual, they sent a tech out within only a few hours to fix the problem. They are professional, fast and always very transparent in their pricing which I find to be very reasonable. Can’t say enough good things about our experiences with them!
When my last HVAC service provider couldn't fix the issues with the furnace THEY installed, I called Interstate because they're a Lennox Authorized dealer. Jean, who answered the phone knew exactly what I was talking about and even approximately what it would cost. When the tech came out, he spent considerable time making sure of exactly what I needed and then fixed all the issues so quickly I thought he left something out. This morning with -4 wind chills and a strong breeze the upstairs of my house (bedrooms) was very cozy. Highly recommend these people and I will use them from now on.
