My husband called and he got a call back very fast. Our hot water pressure in our sink was low and they gave him instructions for some trouble shooting tips and said if it didn’t work to call back tomorrow for an appointment. He thought it was an easy fix and it was! Excellent service, not just trying to take your money! Highly recommend!

I own a home in Omaha that was built in 1940. Much of the plumbing is older too. I've had a few issues come up in the last couple of months and I am so glad I decided to call In-Law this time! They ease the worry and hassle I've experienced with other companies in the past. They are not only competent and knowledgeable, they are prompt, friendly, HONEST and affordable! They are upfront and don't try to up-sell. I'll call In-Law every time from now on!

Happy to say I found my go to plumbing company! I explained my problem over the phone and was quoted a very reasonable price. They had someone out the next afternoon. I was not able to make it home as soon as I thought as I was in a work meeting but they were kind and worked around my schedule. Derrick was very nice and explained to me what the problem was and how we can prevent it going forward. Unlike other companies we've used in the past, there were no surprises to the final bill. I was more than satisfied with their service.
