Staff was friendly and easy to talk to about problem areas and expectations. The treatment was very quick and minimal pain however, my ingrown hairs did make certain areas more sensitive to pain. Looking forward to the end results !

I had a wonderful experience at Ideal Image today. The staff was very welcoming, knowledgeable and made getting my coolsculpting treatment a lot of fun! Jennifer was awesome and showed me all the new skincare. Cheryl was a ray of sunshine, as always, and Anglea did a great job with the treatment. She is going to be a wonderful addition to the team in Omaha. Can’t wait to see my results!

I have only had great experiences at Ideal for Laser. I did call before I signed up, but they were very clear about pricing and what to expect. Sounds like there was another Ideal in Omaha not long ago that was not-so-great , and this location sometimes was mistaken for that one for its reviews. The one by Trader Joe’s is awesome. Go see Katie for laser, she’s the absolute sweetest and does an awesome job!
