I’ve been to this shop a couple times, same vehicle. These guys are great! Great attitude. Great service. Perfect communication. They send you a txt with a link that shows your bill and what they are billing for. They will physically communicate with you about what’s going and I’ve also noticed they put mechanic notes in there so you can see advice and concerns. But they don’t try to strong arm you into a situation. 10/10. I highly recommend this shop. Also forgot to mention the fact that I used to take same vehicle to a ford specialist and those “specialist” told me my ac compressor needed replaced, twice.. and these guys said no sir, we don’t see any leaks… read full review
HMS replaced my low pressure fuel sending unit last year. The pump failed again and after diagnostics they completed another R&R and warrantied the parts and labor. I appreciate HMS for standing behind their service and providing me with a sense of trust that they will make it right. Thanks guys!
These guys were 5 star for sure. They got me in and out so fast I dont remember the guys names that helped me in the office. Work was explained and done correctly. Awesome service if im anywhere in a 100 mile radius im coming to these guys. F-350 Super duty flatbed dually alignment.
