I have been a client here for many years because the atmosphere is relaxing, everyone is friendly, and the service is exceptional. My nail technician Michelle, provides me with the best service, she listens to my requests and goes above and beyond to meet my nail care needs. Michelle is also the owner of this establishment. I watch her mentor and advise her staff to ensure her mission of quality service is met. It was my first time going there and will not be going back. I first decided to go there because someone said the prices were great and great service. When I got there I only had to wait 5 minutes which is not bad. The person who did my nails was great I love how they came out but they filed my nail beds until they bleed. Each one he did kept bleeding and he kept filing them down which was not needed. I was shocked that it came out 80 dollars because it was just a fill and every time I had gotten a fill they were 60 dollars. The entire staff is ALWAYS polite and makes sure that their customers are satisfied with their work before they leave. They are very patient with RUDE and DISHONEST customers. Very clean and welcoming environment. I would recommend them to anyone!
