This was so great from start to finish. I started with checking in online (for my son) and we were up as soon as we walked in the door. Christa was AMAZING, my sons has a speech disorder and despite that she was still very chatty and encouraging with him the whole cut. She listened to our wants during the consultation and it was executed PERFECTLY I was beyond impressed. We've had less than 5 star experiences at other Great Clips, but I was thrilled with how she listened and cut his hair. Additionally, the vibes overall were good. I liked my haircut, but the beautician didn’t have a name tag on or any license with an identifying name on it, so I’m unable to ask for her on my next visit. Some beauticians talk so loud that a conversation with my operator is impossible. I will go back though, because I bought the card with several haircuts on it.

I’m visiting from KCMO, had to get a quick haircut and was fortunate enough to get one from Kaylee. What a surprise…the best cut ‘ever’ from any Great Clips franchise. Kaylee is an expert in fading….as a retired Marine, she ranks among the top barbers. If you’re looking for that special cut and special attention to detail…she’s your girl!
