My mom had several roof damage issues in the past several years from all the hail that has passed through the area. A couple other contractors had completed some repairs on the previous claims, but did not do complete jobs, which were unknown to us at the time.
On this last claim, the original contractor selected this go around, came by and indicated they would be back but never returned and were unreachable.
Then I found Zach and his guys.
Zach came out in quick response and assured us the job would get done right this time. I could tell right from the jump, he was going to take the bull by the horns and run with it. Boy he did!

Cannot recommend Grandels enough! This is the second time using these guys and the process has been flawless. Zach is great to work with and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes as smooth as possible. His crew is no joke either. They show up and don’t stop working until the job is done and done right. Excellent craftsmanship and quality of work. I will be a customer for life.
