Couldn’t be more impressed with Getzschman!! Our furnace went out on a Sunday, the repairman (Gary) called within an hour and after listening to my issue was completely honest saying “Sounds like it’s THIS. We would need to order the part anyway, I can come out but why not save the money?”. When he came out the next day he advocated for the most cost effective means of replacing the broken item AND checked the warranty. He saved us more than $1800. When the part arrived, Jim came out and had the fix done within 20 minutes. He didn’t even mind the gentle supervision from our Great Dane. Excellent company. Exceptional staff. Customer focused and highly recommended!
