Got flowers delivered to my wife for valentines day. Contrary to some of the reviews on here, the flowers delivered were beautiful and made her day. She got many compliments from coworkers about how pretty the arrangement was. Pricing was also slightly cheaper compared to some of the other shops nearby. Delivery was smooth despite the hassle of delivering to a hospital. Will definitely be using again.

I ordered flowers from here for my fiancee's birthday and while the flowers looked nice, the process of picking them up was a major pain. The confirmation emails instructs you to call them to see when you can come pick up your order, so I called the day my order was scheduled for pick up and no one answered. I drove to the store and they had a sign in the window saying that they were out delivering orders and would be back "soon". I drove home, called again, no answer. Called again about an hour later, no answer, so I left a message. The High Hopes Foundation is so grateful for the support of Florist of Omaha. I personally ordered from the Mum's for Moms Fundraiser and the flowers were beautiful! While I a was there, I was able to see many of the other arrangements heading out to moms all over the metro for Mother's Day. They did a fantastic job with each and every one of them! I highly recommend!
