My family has been going to First Eye Associates for a long, long time. I'd recommend them to everyone. I've never had a poor experience, but if I did and it wasn't related to my eye care, such as a poor billing experience or them spelling my name wrong or a longer wait than I'd care for, I might chalk that up to a bad day for someone. We all have them. I've never had an experience there that would cause me to leave anything less than 5 starts. They are just the best in Omaha and have about 150 years of experience to back this claim.

My experience here has been pretty good until I tried paying my bill online. I kept putting in the security code correctly but it wouldn't except it after several attempts. I was a bit irritated when I called to pay the bill and the girl at the desk laughed, started talking to someone in the background and put me on hold with no notice. If this is how she represents the front desk then she needs to be reprimanded for poor customer service. At least I am paying my bill. She should have respected that instead of adding to my irritation.
