    Hello, I haven’t been in to get a massage in about 6 months, so I was very excited to get my massage today. When I booked it, the price said $65 for 60 minutes. After my massage, they told me my total was $120. I was surprised and said it was misleading because that’s how much it said online when I booked the appointment. The girl up front told me because I haven’t booked in a while that the price goes up…. What?! I am not a member, so the price doubles if you’re not a member? So, I’ll be going somewhere else if you’re going to double-charge me for not being a member. Maybe I missed the fine print somewhere, but you shouldn’t advertise $65 massages then...read full review

    I have called numerous times over the past two weeks to get a 60 min massage appointment. Finally, I got to speak to a person in the office versus a voicemail last week. I set up an appointment for last Thursday. On Thursday morning, I receive a TEXT from the business stating the massage therapist I was scheduled with had called in, so they were cancelling my appt.The text also stated for my inconvenience, they would give me my next massage free. Since last Thursday I have called every day to try and set up an appointment. No one has answered the phone and I have left three voicemails and have yet to receive a single call back.     I was recommended to try out this business from a friend because its close to home, seemingly convenient. We bought memberships and hoped to be regulars but they only have ONE therapist at the aksarben location, ONE. It’s unfair that she is overworked (I dont care what shes getting paid, its not enough) it takes a toll on a persons body and mind to be overworked like that.
