Hello, I haven’t been in to get a massage in about 6 months, so I was very excited to get my massage today. When I booked it, the price said $65 for 60 minutes. After my massage, they told me my total was $120. I was surprised and said it was misleading because that’s how much it said online when I booked the appointment. The girl up front told me because I haven’t booked in a while that the price goes up…. What?! I am not a member, so the price doubles if you’re not a member? So, I’ll be going somewhere else if you’re going to double-charge me for not being a member. Maybe I missed the fine print somewhere, but you shouldn’t advertise $65 massages then charge someone double. That’s ridiculous.

I have called numerous times over the past two weeks to get a 60 min massage appointment. Finally, I got to speak to a person in the office versus a voicemail last week. I set up an appointment for last Thursday. On Thursday morning, I receive a TEXT from the business stating the massage therapist I was scheduled with had called in, so they were cancelling my appt. The text also stated for my inconvenience, they would give me my next massage free. Since last Thursday I have called every day to try and set up an appointment. No one has answered the phone and I have left three voicemails and have yet to receive a single call back. I’m sure offering a free massage is great...read full review

I have called numerous times over the past few weeks to set an appointment. Finally, I got to actually speak to a person vs a voicemail last week. I set up an appt for the next Thursday. I receive a TEXT stating the massage therapist called in so they cancelled my appt. Stated that for the inconvenience, they would give me my next massage free. I have called everyday since then to set up an appt. I have left 3 voicemails and have yet to receive a call back and it's now Wed. 6 DAYS later. I have 9 hours of massages on my account abs no way to use the ! This is absurd. Unfortunately, I no longer can refer this business. Too bad, because it was way better when it was Massage Heights. At least management got back to the customer.
