My wax specialist was Jenny, and she did a phenomenal job on my Brazilian wax. This was my first appointment with her and I will only schedule my waxes with her moving forward. She was polite, friendly, professional, quick, and thorough!
I saw Grace’s name pop up a lot on the reviews, and I can definitely see why! I picked her for my Brazilian wax today (also my first time here) & she did phenomenal!! I cannot brag on her enough. I really appreciate her doing bigger wax patches vs smaller sections, which is what I’m use to at different places. It made the whole process way more comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend her! I’m a travel nurse & I’m SO sad I cannot bring her with me everywhere!!!!
I came in today for a quick eyebrow waxing. The front desk clerk, Shelby, was so informative and helpful with the check in process as well as letting me know about the first time visit offer. Shelby also gave me a really nice sampler bag with different aftercare products to try. The waxer who worked on me, Aubrey, was extremely gentle handed and super understanding of my pickiness on my eyebrows. She reassured me multiple times that they are my eyebrows and i can be as picky as i want. First experience at this store and i absolutely loved it!!! i will be recommending this location and Aubrey for all my girls <3
