I had an appointment today at 11AM, I even received the confirmation text for the appointment a few days ago. When I showed up, no one was there. I tried calling and texting the business number but no one ever answered or got back to me. I waited 20 minutes and left. I still have not heard back from them. Enlighten does not care about their clients or their time, I have never felt so disrespected by a business that I have been giving my money to.This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with Enlighten not answering their phones. I’ve received 10 services at this location and it seems they are dealing with a staffing change, which happens, however the staff I’ve interacted with recently seem frantic, not very knowledgeable about why a client is there or of any previous treatments or settings.Normally everything is fine, but if you’re providing a service for someone you’ve never met the very least you could do is introduce yourself?

I prepaid for 8 laser hair removal treatments over a medium area. When received the procedure, they did not treat the entire area I paid for and also did not tell me the proper post treatment care. One of the things they did not tell me was how long I should wait between treatments and I was going weekly, until I found out from a friend that had received the treatment elsewhere, that it is not good to do that.
