I have been going to the Dunnings for acupuncture and herbs for more than a decade. I first went for terrible back pain. Joel helped me so much that I just fell in love with Traditional Chinese Medicine and started learning about it myself. Joel has a tremendous amount of knowledge on all aspects of TCM and can make profoundly wise recommendations that are simple and easy to follow. They have had dramatic effects on my health. Teresa is a talented, intuitive massage therapist that works wonders not only on the musculoskeletal system with various techniques but excels at lymphatic work as well.Having been on staff with them since 2020, I've watched countless clients have life changing results from their professional and unique approach to holistic health. In addition, the beautiful Urban Hermitage space offers yoga training to further support one's wellness journey. Great place!
