This process was so much easier than I thought it was going to be! Dan came out right away to do initial walkthrough and talk about the process and options for fencing. Dan was wonderful & easy to work with! Our Golden Retriever was already starting to respect the boundaries of our yard after just one session of Dan showing my husband and I how to guide her to success! Dan was thorough even before we ever decided to book with him. Just getting an estimate, he treated us like we were a laying customer. He installed the fence on one of the coldest days of the year with no issue, as the ground wasn’t yet frozen. Another company quoted us was not only more expensive for the literal exact same service with perks / training, but that sale person told us underground fencing cannot be installed in cold weather. Well, that’s not true, obviously. As someone who also works in sales, Dan is the type you want to be like while customer facing. We will recommend Omaha Dog Pro any day!
