DLR is a good company overall. They do great work but when I was diagnosed with cancer, the day before I left to have surgery, they told me not to take my laptop home so I could focus on my recovery as I did only to be let go. That following Monday upon returning from surgery. The company is a very good place but people...management needs much improvement.
