Called to see if they could swap out my prescription lenses and they graciously offered to do so at no cost. Super welcoming environment and I will now be coming here for all future exams and prescriptions.

I've been here the past 2 years for eye exams, previously at Vision Works, so this is definitely a different experience. I first came to definitive vision after pain in my eye led me to seek optometry care that was near my work. They were able to get me in right away in an emergency appointmen. When I met with Dr. Heiss, she was quick to tell me what was wrong with my eye and offered solutions to help. She gave me some eye wipes to trial which worked wonderfully. I then came back for my annual eye exam at a different location and everyone was helpful. Have been seen for eye exams by Dr Elwood for several years. He listens to me & has the newest equipment to check your eyes & prescribe a new prescription if needed. Office staff was kind & accommodating to me. They have several frames to select from if you need new glasses,
