Amazing experience…gave options and were very up front in what they intended to do. Communication was great, and our dog acted great when we got him which means he was happy with how he was treated! :). We are new to Omaha so are thankful we found a place that does such great work for our dogs!!
I've been going here for almost 2 years, I have a shorkie. They continuously overbook themselves and ask you to move the appointment you made, before you left probably 7 out of 10 times. My husband works nights and overslept, he texted to see if he could come a little late, again I've never missed an appointment and have put up with the overbooking and changing of schedules. This appointment in fact was one they called to reschedule the week before. They wanted us to bring him on a Sunday. Sunday for us is church day so we were forced through their people on last minute vacations again. We always get told someone will be on vacation. They should have known this before I left. We didn't hear back after they declined to let us come a few minutes late, of course overbooked. 4 days later I reached out about getting rescheduled and was told it would be two weeks. Our dog went every four weeks and we tipped so it was always $85. He can't wait two weeks, he'd be way too grown out. she acted like she was doing me a favor to fit me in 2 weeks later. Needless to say we won't be returning and should have left a long time ago. She did me a favor, now I'll find a groomer that keeps their appointments and knows how to book appointments so they are aren't trying to shuffle you around the day before your appointment. I can't be the only person this has happened to. Do not recommended, especially if you have a busy schedule that doesn't allow for sudden changes. And, she wasn't doing me a favor, I paid well for the entire two years and went monthly, so thanks but no thanks!
Pinot is an overly anxious,squirmy Yorkie/Silky. I told shannon to do what she thought would look good! She did not disappoint! She did a great job with Pinots first visit! From scheduling the appointment to picking her up it went so smoothly! Also, the prices for what they do are really great! I highly recommend! Thank you Deb, Shannon and the whole staff!
