I cannot say enough good things about Concepts. I had an exceptional customer service experience today. Covid still continues to make things unpredictable! When my appointment was rescheduled, the entire staff worked together to find me a new appointment. Kira is absolutely amazing! She has been working with me to maintain a hairstyle that leaves me able to still shine at work.
