Cole Information was a vendor we discovered in the summer of 2023. We were utilizing another vendor for our direct mail prospect list in the home services industry. Having accurate information on homeowner-occupied customer records are paramount for servicing and replacing HVAC systems. Over the last 12 months we have had more accurate information due to the large decline in "dead people" calls. We were receiving calls that the mailings were going to people who have been dead for years or who have never lived at the location.
