After going to urgent care twice with extreme eye pain and light sensitivity I called Clarity Eye Care as it was very close to home. They got me in within an hour and a half. The receptionist was efficient and the Dr’s assistant was absolutely the best! So caring and concerned about my comfort, dimming the lights and providing sunglasses while trying to fill out my chart on the computer in the dark. Dr. Karen was also terrific, explaining about the ulcer on my eye which was misdiagnosed by urgent care and answering all of my questions as well as doing everything possible to help with the pain. I highly recommend this clinic and the caring, knowledgeable and efficient staff.
Had a great experience today at Clarity Eye Care. I had broken my glasses working this morning and my job depends upon my sight. They literally had them fixed and me out the door in a short time. The staff was amazing from the time I got there till the time I left. I don’t normally take the time out for this but these days it’s amazing when you can get just okay service, you know? Thank you so much!
