God awful customer service. Surgeon was great, nurses were great. Absolutely impossible to actually call anyone. Routed in a continuous circle through support. Phenomenally bad service in that regard and the reason I avoid CHI whenever possible.
I have gone here a few times for Urgent Care and I have not had a bad experience. I have been met with great staff, and they have always been willing to help! I was seen by Richard twice and I could tell he really wanted to make sure I got answers and I was well enough to send home!
Unable to get consistent information between staff for a very basic visit. New to CHI, have never had such a hard time scheduling appointments in my life. Beyond disappointed and unimpressed with these first impressions.
