I've been going to this clinic for years. My provider is great. However, having to do med checks every 3 months for medications that I've been taking for years is a greedy organization policy. No changes, just pure greed and overall terrible policy. Also, the communication between clinical staff and patients is lacking. Why am I having to reach out multiple times via mychart about prior auth updates? To hear nothing back. It's been over a week since my prescriptions were sent to the pharmacy, and who knows how long until I actually get them, I'll probably need a 3 month check up before I get them filled. 5 stars for Dr. Nlam and his nurses - they are a Rockstar team! I've spent a lot of time with various family members at a variety of clinics and RARELY do you encounter a care team who very obviously care about their patient's wellbeing the way that this team does. Dr. Nlam has wonderful bedside manner and I've been 100% pleased with the time he spends with us, his thoughtful explanations without making us feel rushed and his sincerity. His nurse, Jennifer, is a gem, too! She makes you feel very comfortable and is very compassionate. If you're looking for a primary physician, I recommend that you give him a try.
