Mary is a very charismatic personality and not pushy about selling. She did a wonderful job, having good knowledge of the wig selection. She helped me get comfortable with the care of the wig and gave me confidence to walk out feeling beautiful. I will recommend her to all of my friends!

I recently visited Bravadas to find the perfect hair topper after seeing them all over my social media feed, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! After booking a free consultation, I was greeted warmly by Mary, who guided me through the entire process. She helped me choose the right color and length, explained the differences between synthetic and human hair, and let me try on different styles. Bravadas has been my go-to for hair needs, from when I needed wigs as a breast cancer patient to now, just wanting something fun. They always deliver excellent service and quality products. I went in for a consultation on a Friday. The lady who helped me was nice, but she talked me into a halo when I really don't have enough hair to cover it. I wanted to trust that it would work for me, and she put it in my hair and I wore it out of the store. I only wore it that night to dinner where my daughter and some friends we were with could see the halo through my real hair. I took it off at home and contacted Bravadas about their return policy. Keep in mind that there is absolutely nothing on their website regarding their return policy and the lady who helped me at the store said absolutely nothing about their return policy.
