Zach called before he arrived, showed up during the arrival window I was given. He was professional and friendly. He wore shoe covers while on my wet carpets. I also liked it that they use a van mounted system as I believe that provides a higher quality.

I contacted Best Carpet Cleaning a week before Thanksgiving this year. They were able to come out and take care of all of my requests before family came over. My basement carpet was a little dingy, now it looks BRAND NEW! The technician was on time, professional, and made sure I was happy with the finished product. I've used a larger franchise before that starts with a 0, it seemed like the tech was more of a salesperson than anything else.
