Best Carpet Cleaning

I contacted Best Carpet Cleaning a week before Thanksgiving this year. They were able to come out and take care of all of my requests before family came over. My basement carpet was a little dingy, now it looks BRAND NEW! The technician was on time, professional, and made sure I was happy with the finished product. I've used a larger franchise before that starts with a 0, it seemed like the tech was more of a salesperson than anything else. Don't go with a 0 when you can have a 100% satisfaction with Best Carpet Cleaning!

Awesome job! Needed a carpet stretched in a couple rooms. We set an appointment for an estimate and one for the stretching and they were prompt both times and quick. Appreciated it!

My son had his own carpet cleaning business for years. He changed his business direction and said if i needed this service that Best Carpet was who to call. From my first call to schedule an estimate and cleaning, it was perfection. The entire staff was so professional and courteous. Very informative throughout the process. Even called when they were on their way for the estimate and the cleaning. And then emphasized if i had concerns of a specific area or something just wasn't up to my expectations after they left, that I needed to call and they would be right back out.
