Nice guy, methodical, measured, detailed oriented, pragmatic and realistic, does his homework, not pushy, but firm and resolute, a closer, not a salesperson. These were my first impressions of Ben and why we chose him to sell our family home. Our house was part of a multigenerational family compound that had never been sold in the open market. No comps, no sales history and plenty of unknowns made this a challenging sale. Ben provided the drive, expertise, creativity and honesty we needed to quickly sell our home. We would have been lost without him.
There is only one Ben Smail! We have bought and sold homes multiple times and there is no one we trust more than Ben. His expertise and calm guidance is second to none.
