Beginning at the reception desk to the exam rooms, everyone was welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. We were throughly impressed. They were especially good with making Rigby, a 40 pound 1st timer, feel calm and comfortable with genuine kindness. We chose to go with their Pet Insurance as the price was fair considering all the care that is included. We would definitely recommend them to our friends.

I noticed that this location has an all female staff. The ladies that I have spoken to do listen to the concerns/problems and work together to find a solution. They communicate with each other so everyone is on the same page. I didn't think that one of my puppies was going to cling to any staff as quickly as she did. I know that she likes it here, so I guess we will be here for a while. Thank you, ladies for having a kind and loving staff.

We took our elderly cat to see Dr. Kreider and we were very pleased with the care both he and his staff provided. We were also pleased to find that they were more affordable than others we looked into.
