We used the Baker's floral department for our wedding flowers, and we could not have been more happy with them! They handled the bridal and bridesmaids' bouquets, the groom and groomsmen boutonnieres, the lapel flowers and pins for the parents, and some floral bits and pieces around the venues too. We wanted just some nice, bright floral colors with a Fall theme (we got married in October), and they definitely followed through with some gorgeous pieces. The packaging of the flowers was fabulous and laid out what each floral piece was for, and included the pins and everything needed to attach them to each person's clothing. Was disappointed that all fruit trays were sitting in front of 9.95 and get to register to find out it was 22.97So they send the bagger to check price he cannot find so comes back.I walk over with him to find it is all in wrong spot.So obviously I am disappointed.The manager says nothing and wouldn’t even honor the difference.I found her attitude to be less than polite.I as mentioned how disappointed I was and she said I am sure you are.We shop here often as our favorite Baker’s, after tonight makes a hard decision where we will shop.

Fantastic customer service! I would like to thank Ben and his manager, Mike, for their amazing customer service! The delivery service forgot to pick up my grocery order. Ben and Mike made sure they were delivered and Manager Mike brought them to my house himself last night at 9:30pm! Thank you gentlemen & Baker’s!
