I have had the pleasure of working with Charles "Chuck" Birnley! He has driven an hour and a half one way twice to help me out! It is so scary going home with a wound vac and not knowing what's ok and what's not. Chuck was the calm in the storm for me. He is a truly good person and Apria is lucky to have him working for them!!

Words can not express how thankful I am for Jason Thompson (AKA Awesome Jason). My son has a rare/fatal lung disease & I needed to find another Healthcare company that could supply him the oxygen equipment he needed for at home & outside the home. Jason was so understanding, caring & took the time to listen to what we were needing. He explained everything to me & made sure that I understood everything. He even reached out the to doctors for me & sent all the paperwork to them that they needed to relieve some pressure off of my plate. Apria are a customer-focused company ! One of their customer reps Jason went above and beyond to help get me set up with my CPAP. He is willing to go the extra mile and didn’t stop until he found a CPAP set up that was perfect for me. He responded promptly to my messages and concerns. I posed a particular challenge because of skin allergies and intolerance to pressure on the skin. Yet Jason reassured me that there was a solution. He researched different products, mouth vs nasal facepieces, and even alternative coverings like memory foam vs silicone.
