Apria Omaha office is wonderful ,they go above and beyond to help there clients, Derrick even came out on his day off . I wouldn't go anywhere else .I can't say enough how many times they have helped in a emergency.Thank you Apria,you should be so proud of what you do .
The staff at Apria is amazing. From the beginning they were they to help handle everything for dealing with the insurance company to helping ensure that everything was working properly and answering any questions that I had. If you have a choice when it comes to your CPAP needs I would highly recommend Apria as your first choice.
Jason at Apria Healthcare Omaha exceeded all my expectations of customer service. Not only did he investigate the issues concerning my Mom's O2 order but followed through on every aspect of the process so that her order was processed and delivered in 24 hours. Jason is dedicated, determined and has the ability to wade through the details to accomplish and complete the tasks needed to fulfill our order.
