I dont even know where to start my review. We couldn't be happier that we chose American arborist to assist us in the removal of our beautiful 80 + year old oak tree!We recently had two very large and heavy branches suddenly fall from our tree one afternoon as I was rushing out the door for a surgical consult for my husband. I called American arborist and within an hour they were outside of our home and assessing our tree. The very next morning they returned to promptly remove the fallen branches.We were given a quote for the removal which came in much much better than expected! I requested a quote to trim our large silver maple and American Arborist not only came back with the most competitive quote but they also listened to me. I had several companies quote us for this tree and try to convince me to remove it. American Arborist explained to me what to watch out for and gave me a timeline of how we could slowly trim it back without removing it completely. They did a great job and I was very impressed with their clean up and professionalism.

American Arborist was responsive and professional. We requested a quote on our chokecherry tree in our backyard and they came out very quickly to do the quote and included recommendations for a tree in the front yard to be trimmed as well. We appreciated the professional opinion and we are so pleased! They even cut out a wild tree in our fence that we had not included on the quote, which was very appreciated.
