There are very few businesses that I trust completely and Ambiance is one of them. Donna is a true professional. She knows her product and delivers beautiful results every time. It's refreshing to place an order with such confidence. From consultation through the installation everything is perfect. Donna is a kind, beautiful person and a joy to work with.
We recently moved into a home that has nearly floor to ceiling windows across the entire back and front of the house, so we quickly set appointments with a few groups to get quotes for window coverings. Donna, with Ambiance Window Coverings, happened to be our first meeting, and once I met her I canceled the other appointments. She showed up on time, listened to what I wanted, was very well-informed about her products & options, and within minutes had recommended the perfect solution for our home. I ordered our back window coverings (the designer roller shades) from her on the spot, and even with the Covid delays with manufacturing, they were installed within a couple of weeks. At that point we also decided to move forward with the front windows, and for those went with the wood shutters. Both treatments are made by Hunter Douglas, with a great warranty should we need it, and have perfected our home to make it ours. It’s bright and open during the day, and cozy and private if we want or at night. Aside from beautiful, very high quality products, Donna and her two installers were incredible to work with. I can’t recommend this business enough; we were pleased from start to finish, and with every detail in between. I wish all home update projects were this easy!
Donna is the BEST hands down. She was very professional and knows her business for sure, will help determine the right coverings for you and your home. She is professional and FRIENDLY! I would NOT even consider trusting anyone else for my coverings. Her installers are great, fast, efficient and no mess!! Before I knew it they were done and explaining everything to me, I had the WHO:LE house done. My advise would be to anyone, do NOT look anywhere else, Ambiance Window Coverings is what you want and you will NOT regret it, they are simply the best and Donna is exceptional! You will not be sorry and of course the product is the best, why would you want any less? Call Ambiance Window Coverings, I grantees you will not be disappointed!!
