I’ve been renting my studio suite for over a year now and not planning on moving out anytime soon. I’m in love with my space it has beautiful natural light and high end feel. My clients absolutely love it.

I’m the lucky renter of Studio 10. The amount of thought and detail that Jenny and Carissa pour into Alchemy doesn’t go unnoticed.

My clients regularly comment on how beautiful Alchemy is decorated and how impressed they are with cleanliness in the common areas.

They provide a coffee station and drinks for the guests to enjoy. They always have snacks in the break room and every so often spoil us with bagels or donuts.

The break room is large and there’s plenty of room for us to each lunch or hang out. My favorite break area is the patio for renters.
