Aksarben Nails Salon is known for providing professional nail services at affordable prices. One customer received acrylic nails with a shape that they were not satisfied with, and felt that the service was rushed and not worth the price. Another customer had a quick pedicure service where they felt rushed and not given enough attention, resulting in rough toe shapes and polish on their shoes. Despite these incidents, the salon has previously been liked by the customers and has been commended for the cleanliness and the use of disposable tub liners for pedicures.
Pedicure was great. Walked in at 4 asked about full set and pedicure they said they won’t have time for full set because they closed at 5 I was ok with that. They literally took a client that walked in after 5 and started a full set for her so I thought that was very weird.
I got acrylics from this place for the first time and I wasn’t happy with my nails. The shape of the nails were bad and super pointy( i asked for almond shape). Everyone there was super nice and welcoming and my two friends I went with nails looked so good but my nails were definitely mediocre at best. It was $61 and usually I would be ok with that but for this kind of work it just seemed rushed and not worth it.
I have liked the basic pedicure massage but this last time they rushed me off the chair so fast (no line behind me and plenty of pedicure chairs available) that the lady who did my toes grabbed my purse and shoes and she got pink nail polish on my white sneakers. Felt treated like a number and not a customer. Then I got home and realized she didn’t even file my toes and they are roughly shaped at the bottom. I’ve liked this place before but I’m not sure I’m coming back.
