Just had Air Force One clean my carpets. James did an excellent job. This company doesn't charge extra for moving furniture, like other companies do. James was on time, fast and efficient.
Edited: the owner called was thoughtful and respectful trying to make things right. They deserve 5-stars! Pros: The carpets overall look very nice. Organic products. They move the furniture. I like the way they price the rooms, especially our basement. Cons: He called at 1:52 pm to say he’s 30 min out. My arrival window was 12-2. No apology for being late, even when I said that was frustrating. The website is incorrect on closet fee and stair charges. I had to ask what the total would be before work began. He did not go over it without me asking (not what’s said on the website). The carpets were not fully dry after 8 hours. Some parts were, but many parts were damp for much longer. It was not humid outside or in my house. Overall, I will still use this company again, but it was not a 5 star experience. 4 stars.
I highly highly recommend Air Force One Carpet Cleaning for any carpet cleaning needs!! They did an excellent job, and their professionalism, communication and customer service is top notch!! The office personnel was wonderful to work with, and was very accommodating to my schedule! The technicians were more than prompt for my appointment, they were early! The technician was very thorough, walked us through the process, and was quite simply, very personable and a delight to work with! The work was done above and beyond my expectations!! Great job!! All around, this company knows how to take care of their customers!! I appreciate the customer service and job well done! Thank you for the customer service!
