I'vwme been a customer for over 10 years. I met the owner Jim when I was living in a leased home. He trouble-shooted a call with me, before a service call. He made sure my needs were taken care of and even prayed for me as I was sick at the time. Once I owned my own home, Jim came and inspected my furnace and gave me great maintenance tips for it.
