Hank I feel went over and above in explaining the problem I have and how he was going to correct the problem. Hank schooled me on fruit flies and saved me money on the store products I was buying to get rid of them and they never worked. Thanks you and I look forward to having you back to maintain my house to keep the bugs away. By the way the $$$$ is right as well.
Highly recommend ABC. Always on time, with the nicest people here to spray. They came out when we were on vacation & sprayed the outside of our house. I then had a possible issue in the basement (2 weeks later) & they immediately came out & sprayed the inside of our house.
We scheduled an appointment to have our issue with carpenter ants addressed. Tim called and said he finished a job way earlier than expected and ended up coming over a day early! He was very courteous and thorough and didn't mind my questions at all. Due to our location, our fence became a main thoroughfare for the pesky creatues, and he said it would probably be about a week until the ants were gone. Well, 48 hours later, and I don't see a single black ant anywhere on our house or fence! Great service! I would use them again in a heartbeat!!
