OUTSTANDING Customer Service! We had a flat tire and they were able to fix it and have us back on the road within 30 minutes!
We felt like we were not charged enough for the hassle of them driving to us to fix our tire!

My family and I were driving through Nebraska in peak August heat and our AC went out on our Grand Cherokee as we entered North Platte. With two young kids in the car, 14 hours to go was going to be tough.

We called and they were able to get us in within the half hour. The mechanic quickly diagnosed where our leak was (something our at-home mechanic with struggled with repeatedly), replaced our stem valve, topped off our Freon, and recharged the unit within 45min all while letting the kiddos and doggo takeover the waiting space. Additionally, cost was beyond reasonable and we were on our way without any impact to our trip.

While traveling through North Platte my car developed a fuel leak. Called Lowman’s and Eric said to bring it in. He immediately investigated the problem, provided his advice, and got us back on the road quickly. I very much appreciated the quick, professional, and friendly service provided by Eric and another gentleman who I didn’t catch his name. I highly recommend Lowman’s.
