Evan went to the unit, diagnosed the problem in less than a minute, replaced a bad capacitor in less than an hour. He was polite, and friendly, as well as efficient. We have an older HVAC system, okay, very old. Ever since we bought our house in 2020 we’ve needed someone to come out and fix something with our system. (Someday soon we will get a whole new system and it will definitely be AJ’s we call because they’ve been so reliable) We have called AJ’s every year for the last 4 years and have never been disappointed. They always come quick, finish the job quick and are just all around awesome to work with. The techs are friendly and knowledgeable and seem to find the issue so quickly.
