Businesses like this are hard to find these days. Quick diagnosis, they had the parts overnighted, and I had my phone back in my hands in 24 hours! They have an excellent warranty, which I had to use, BUT THE WARRANTY IS AN ACTUAL WARRANTY!!! So my screen stopped working about 6 months after they fixed, I brought it back, and it was fixed within 24 hours FREE OF CHARGE. I didn't need a receipt, I didn't need to send in any forms, I didn't need to wait.. Just a quick fix! So grateful for a business like this in Norfolk!!

Great experience. Very helpful and friendly. Repair didn't take very long and their ability to fix the battery in one of my business phones saved me $1000 by not having to buy a new phone. Had to make a second trip as they needed to order the battery but understand they can't carry every part for every phone. At least they were able to get it.......wouldn't hesitate to return for more repairs if the need returns.

My computer monitor broke, I asked them if they could repair it and the guy was nice and straight forward enough to tell me it's just better to buy a new one. I appreciate that he's looking out for the customer.
