Overall the majority of the staff and doctors were great. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable on any questions had. EXCEPT, Melissa one of the front desk ladies was extremely rude. And acted like she hates her job and had no interest in wanting to help you with absolutely anything. Apart from that would recommend, just avoid her.

Been going to doc Miller for years but the other day stopped into get my glasses adjusted and new nose pads, Nikki gave the best customer service I've had in years there. Hope they move her up to manager there soon!
I can’t say enough good about Dr. Rupp. I took my daughter to see him for her eye exam. She is 9 and she went in very nervous. She walked out grinning from ear to ear! He is the best!
