Right at Home is phenomenal. From the first conversation with Zoe to meeting with Cristi, the process of finding a caregiver for our parents has been such a fantastic experience. Everyone was quick to respond and find the perfect person to help out and keep them in their own home. They are kind, compassionate, and so very supportive. Questions are always promptly answered and they care enough to follow up to make sure all their needs are being met. My parents caretaker Lisa has done a great job making their life easier. We asked a lot of Right at Home with zero lead time. When Mom was discharged from the hospital, she chose to go home with round-the-clock care. (Her alternative was moving at least temporarily to a nursing facility, which she did not want.). So, with little lead time, we reached out to Right at Home to provide that round-the-clock care. They stepped up. Right at Home as been a blessing to our family. Cristi, who helped us get the process started, has been great to work with. She offers open communication and quick responses to questions. Deb, my dad's caregiver, has also been wonderful. I can't say enough good things about Right at Home.
